Easter 2019

Easter was a beautiful day this year. The weather was perfect.  The trees were all blooming with beautiful flowers. And it's always great to be with family. The grandkids were all dressed up and happy.

They received their Easter baskets and explored them while the Easter bunny hid eggs in the backyard.

We played a fun game of toss the peeps onto the kids heads!  Rami & Gussie were the winners.

Olivia's 8th Birthday

Olivia had a fun 8th birthday celebration.  One of her gifts was a cotton candy maker.  I'm still waiting for her to make me some!

Kayaking Fun

I can already tell it's going to be a fun summer at the farm.  Cook outs and kayaking!

Michael's 9th Birthday

Michael turned 9!  He had lots of  family around him to celebrate.  Dema made him an alligator cake and he had a shark pinata.

 It was so cold outside one day that I decided to put a sweater on Charlie.  I thought it had been Baileys and would fit him.  Wrong!

It had actually been Lyla's.  She weighed 5 lbs.  Charlie weights 32lbs.

St Augustine 2019

I took 5 grandkids and drove to Florida!  And I lived to tell about it!

We stopped in Metropolis, Illinois on the way to check out Superman.

Waiting for our trolley tour, Gussie said to take his picture.  So I did.

We liked this place so much that we ate here twice!

Climbed the St Augustine Lighthouse.  I hate heights!

LA with friends

We went to LA in January and took our friends, Dave & Judy.  Tommy acted as our tour guide and did an excellent job.  We stopped at Graumans Chinese Theater and saw all the hand-prints and where they hold the Oscars.

Next we  headed up the the Hollywood Hills and the Planetarium.

We drove down on the beach and saw a whale!  None of our pictures came out very good.

We went up into the hills of Malibu and stopped at Malibu Cafe for lunch and games.

We visited Universal Studios.  The tour of the sets was fun.  We really enjoyed the Water World Show.

 Tommy & Jena were excellent hosts!

60th Birthday

Steve surprised me with a party for my 30th 60th birthday!  It was nice celebrating with family and friends.  The food was good and I received lots of nice gifts!
