The Joys of Business Travel

I generally enjoy traveling for business.  Except when it involves Newark.  My trip this week was another in a long line of Newark disasters.

This time, a snowstorm dropped a foot of snow on the ground on my getaway day, stretching a 2-day itinerary into 3 days.  The biggest issue?  I packed for two days.

Odds and Ends

Charlie playing King of the Mountain.

Edie is full of love!

Michael showing the Titanic lego set he built that he received for Christmas.

Catherine's 11th birthday.

Mary playing Gigi's piano.

Olivia

We attended Grandparents Day at Olivia's school.  They had to design a trap for a leprechaun.  You have to wear a hat.  Stand far away and watch him with the binoculars as he tries to steal the gold from the green card on the table.  Once inside the card he will get tangled in the string. And she's not kidding!

Chris, Sunny & Olivia went to New York City over the Christmas break.  It looks like they  had a lot of fun.

To celebrate 100 days of school they had to dress up like 100 year old people.

Life at the Farm

Kim and I are enjoying our place in the country.  Unlike corporate life, results are quick and distractions are minimal.
