Goats! They're no friend of mine!

Grants Farm

Olivia took her first trip to Grants Farm this week.  She had a relaxed attitude about the whole thing.

 At first she was hesitant about the small horse, but soon she was trying to kiss its nose.

 That's some bad breath there!

She did like the elephant.

All in all - a good first trip.

Grants Farm

I took the kids to Grants Farm on Friday. Please excuse the oversize coats on the girls. No one told us it was going to feel like winter again! We made a quick trip to Target and bought all 3 of them long pants and then the girls wore "big" girl jackets! One of the highlights was feeding the goats. Mary and Michael stayed on the outside of the fencing. They weren't real sure how to feel about these goats! They decided this was pretty cool.

Catherine, on the other hand, had to get in there and play with those goats!  They jumped on her, surrounded her and tried to eat her coat!

She thought it was great!

When Michael saw how much fun Catherine was having, he decided to come in also.

The little ponies were a big hit!

Catherine thought the Clydesdales were great.  She really wanted to get in the pen with them!
